process of Ladi Pao
- give 3 cups of Maida.
- Prepare 1/2 cup + 3 tsp of Milk in room temp.
- This 2.5 tbsp of butter.

Ladi Pao ingredients
- In lukewarm water add sugar yeast and 3 tsp milk whisk and keep covered for 15 minutes.
- In a bowl combine maida, salt and baking powder mix well.
- Add yeast mixure mix nicely then add oil and half butter(melted) gradually add little by little milk and knead the dough for 5- 10 minutes.
- Put oil in a larger bowl and transfer the dough in it.Cover the dough with a wet kitchen towel or cling film, keep in a warm place for 2 hours.
- It will be doubled, take out from the bowl, sprinkle maida on kitchen platform and knead it well.
- Divide the dough into 12 equal sized balls.
- Place greased parchament paper on a tray and keep the balls, there should be some distance between the balls.
- Cover with wet cloth and keep to rest in a warm place for 1 hour.
- It will rise more.
- Pre heat the oven at 200°c.
- Brush the balls on top with milk.
- Bake at 200°C for 15-20 minutes or till the top gets brown.
- Take out from the oven apply butter on top and cool them on wire rack.
